Refund policy

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items
    must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Personalized/customized items are non-refundable unless
    damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48
    hours of receiving the order with supporting images.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the
    returned item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless
    the return is due to our error.
