We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items
must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Personalized/customized items are non-refundable unless
damaged or defective upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48
hours of receiving the order with supporting images.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the
returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is due to our error.
